Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by 131 Atelier.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved:

  • The replacement item will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
